Maison Kitsuné was founded in 2002 by Gildas Loaëe (ex Daft Punk) and Masaya Kuroki, architect. Today the company is well established in the fashion, music, and cafe industry. It is not just a record label, it is not just a fashion brand. It is a get-together of people who understand fashion and music as part of a lifestyle that is understood in Japan, in Paris, and in Madrid.
At the core of this perfume, there is yuzu, a sophisticated Japanese fruit that is acid, bitter, and spicy at the same time. It is like a vibrant grapefruit, but much more exotic and fine. To Heeley, yuzu represents the energy and brightness particular of Maison Kitsuné.
Note by Yuzu is citrus at first and watery in the end. It suits a monsieur walking down rue de Bac, a shinshi at Shibuya Station, and any of us.
