The Heeley brand formula contains 50% France and 50% England, and Verveine D’Eugène is another perfect example. Eugène Bonaparte was the son of Napoleon III. While exiled in England, he attended King’s College. His favourite scent was verbena, a classic in European perfumery.
Verveine d'Eugène is an accurate fragrance with colour. It is the morning and a piano heard from afar. It is music, it is fresh.
As all Heeley, this is fresh and clean. It is based on lemon verbena with an accord of bergamot and gooseberry buds under a floral note of jasmine softened by a touch of white musk.
It is very wearable, friendly, and unisex. It is somehow classic and very contemporary. It is not controversial, a rarity in these times. They love it in Japan, if that is of interest.
OLFACTORY NOTES:
- Top: Bergamot. Rhubarb. Cardamom.
- Heart: Lemon verbena. Currant. Jasmine.
- Base: White musk.
We like it for:
- It is fresh, clean.
- It suits men and women alike.
