She got tired of pills that only masked the problem and began to research herself. She learned a lot, especially that the chemicals in most creams and treatment products were the source of problems. She also realized, what a disappointment, that most of the houses advertised as natural were not so natural. 

After years of research, she was ready to launch Pai Skincare, a brand of natural cosmetics targetting sensitive skin. Today, this 100% British brand is sold all over the world and has received awards from the most prestigious magazines.
