Are Sun Drops sun protection? Yes, but no. No, but yes. 

Yes because... This serum by Barbara Sturm protects your skin from the sun. It provides broad-spectrum SPF 50 protection against UVA (photoaging) and UVB (sunburn). It contains an active complex of Vitamin E and Beta-Glucan and purslane, one of the star ingredients used by Barbara Sturm which helps soothe your skin and reduce visible signs of irritation.

And no because... It is not a regular sunscreen. This is a light serum in the form of drops, it is not white cream.  

Is it applied after the moisturizer? Yes, as conventional sunblock. You can also mix a couple of drops with it and apply them together in one step.
