Freshness. This is what we feel when we cleanse our skin with this Cleansing Gel by Huxley. There is a daring proposal behind the calm appearance of this South Korean brand. 

There are over 20,000 cosmetics brands in South Korea, but only one has prickly pear oil at its base. Huxley founders first learned about prickly pears in the Sahara desert, during a trip to Marrakech. As all cactuses, it lives in extreme climate conditions, not exactly what you’d call comfort zones. Huxley is based on prickly pear oil and this main principle: nothing interesting happens in a comfort zone. 

Spread the Cleansing Gel over the skin, add a little water, massage your face with the resulting foam, and rinse off. It is that simple. However, Huxley recommends using its treatment products unhurriedly, to enjoy the moment and find pleasure in healing anytime throughout the day. We’ll take that. 

This gel moisturizes and keeps skin moisturized even in extreme weather conditions. It also regenerates the skin, making it a real alternative to argan oil. It contains orange and lemon, which are rich in AHAs that help non-aggressive exfoliation. It also contains anti-inflammatory properties obtained from birch and Gotu kola. 

It targets combination and oily skin types, although it can also be your cleansing companion if you just want a relaxing effect you can rinse off with water.  The scent is very gentle, made by Luzi, a Swiss perfume house with nearly a century behind.
