In Lisbon we go for a walk in the Chiado, we visit the Gulbenkian garden, and all along we just can’t help but gawp at the jacarandas and say “wow, isn’t that just beautiful”. The jacaranda or jacarandá was introduced in the 19th century and is Lisbon’s tree par excellence. 

Founded in 1925, Benamôr realized a homage to jacaranda was needed. Its lilac colour takes you to Lisbon in the spring, not to mention the delicate, floral scent. The cream is enriched with shea butter and aloe vera, completing a moisturizing formula that is wonderfully absorbed by the skin.

This hand cream is more of a fetish than cosmetics. It has been on tables, bathrooms, pockets, bags, and drawers in Portuguese houses for decades. It has endured the passage of time with its suggestive Art Deco design because it is a good product.
