This product is as difficult to describe as it is easy to use. Let's go with the first. This is a  powder highlighter. This definition is somewhat unfair because it is something else. Inspired by other RMS flagship products, such as Master Mixer and Buriti Bronzer, it is an evolution of both. 

The Luminizer Powder is made with superfine mineral pigments to deliver a silky and natural texture. It is made by pressing the powders without exposure to heat to preserve the integrity of the ingredients and prevent the skin from drying out. It also contains buriti oil for healing purposes. 

Now that we know what it is, let's see how it is used. It is very simple. Apply with a brush as a blush or in areas where you want a touch of sun and light. You can use it on the face or on the body: think about the neckline or the arms, how well this touch of the sun will look. As for its colour, Midnight Hour is a rose-gold that suits both light and dark skin.
