Augustinus Bader
We all carry our own cosmetics inside. This is the philosophy of Augustinus Bader, a Ph. D. in Cell Biology at the University of Leipzig. This scientist has been researching stem cells for thirty years and studying how the body heals itself. His method activates and coordinates our body's own stem cells with restorative and regenerative effects.
Dr. Bader applied this knowledge to patients for years. And then one day, seeing the results in skin burns, he decided to put his knowledge into skincare. His brand was born in 2018 and has won many, many awards and praise from the specialized press. His products do not fill, they do not cover, no magic happens. His proposal is technology (trademark Trigger Factor Complex, or TFC8®) "hidden" in a cream, creating the optimal setting for cells to do all the work and regenerate themselves. And the thing is they do. That's what we mean when we say that we all carry our own cosmetics inside.
This is a serious brand, grown-up, German. TFC8® is a cocktail of natural amino acids, peptides, vitamins, and synthesized molecules. What do you get? Healthy skin, deeply hydrated, elastic. The texture feels and looks smooth and even. The brand claims that the skin feels the changes in 4/6 weeks. We are not big fans of deadlines, but we’ll take this one for good.
Augustinus Bader is in the high segment of cosmetics. The products are so potent that they can be used alone, after cleansing. The idea behind this minimal gesture is to apply little but very good cosmetics. Bader also argues that there are 57 billion types of skin but they all need the same thing.
All we know is that Bader users are loyal users.
Rethinking skin is a documentary that helps understand the philosophy of Augustinus Bader.
