The fragrances by this French perfume maker are here to break the grounds of traditional Paris style —they have appropriately been subtitled "Beyond Paris".  They are not quite tense, nor pompous. Of course, no distinctions are made about fragrances for men or women, that’s just so passe.   

Bain de Midi is the softer, more relaxed, and relaxing version of Maison Matine. 

• Top notes: bergamot, coconut.
• Middle notes: fleur de tiaré, ylang-ylang, gardenia.
• Base notes: vanilla, musk.

Family: Oriental floral.

This French firm takes pride in being formed by many members. The perfumist responsible for Bain de Midi is Philippine Courtiére, and the packaging has been designed by Mathile Purseigle. 

All the ingredients used are collected following respectful procedures and practices for nature and producers. All fragrances are produced in Paris and Chartres. Cardboard is recycled and recyclable, and no adhesive tape is used.

Fragrances sometimes talk, and Bain de Midi talks about seizing the occasion, living day by day. That’s a good message to carry on your skin during the day.
