Sachajuan is the result of the work of Sacha Mitic with John Roselind. These two hairstylists opened a salon in Stockholm in 1997, but it was in 2003 that they launched their own brand of hair products. They immediately swept the market. It was as effective a brand as you would expect from people who had been taking care of hair for years. They knew well what works and what doesn't. 

The secret to their formula is called Ocean Silk Technology, a nutritious blend of seaweed extracts (such as Rhodophyceae and Chondrus crispus) rich in protein and valuable minerals. These components are key for the hair to maintain its hydration, keep the cuticles closed and preserve shine and body. These algae are good for all hair types and textures. That is, it works with coloured, damaged, fine, dull, dry hair.

The idea of these two Swedes was to create a product line that did not disappoint, that really worked. It was a success.
